About us

Our company has been providing full-service event management in the exclusive downtown venue of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences for over 15 years. Our event rooms and our private restaurant offer an impressive environment and a picturesque panorama of the Danube. Whether small or large business lunches, dinners, representative and protocol receptions, banquets, press conferences, conferences, all in the spirit of the Academy.

The Academy Club is a unique venue in the 150-year-old historic Danube-side wing of the building, a symbol of science and progress. Our meeting rooms were reconstructed in 1998 according to the plans of József Finta.

Our credo, which is also our mission: to represent classic elegance and quality in the world of gastronomy, to create harmony between tradition and modern trends. Our cuisine is characterised as much by respect for traditional Hungarian flavours as by following the latest international trends. The secret of our dishes lies in the search for quality ingredients, their innovative use and preparation with modern technology.
